Submit an Event

Any Oklahoma veteran or military-focused organization can post an event - it's free. Our team reviews each submission before it goes live. Fields marked required keep the calendar searchable and mappable.

Short on time? Send us the flyer.

Email your event flyer to events@okveteranscalendar.com (text-a-flyer number coming soon). Our system reads the date, time, and location off the flyer and drafts the listing; our team gives it a quick look before it goes live. No form required.

The event

Name of the event - we recommend Organization + event name (e.g. “Eagle OPS Golf Night”).

Categories

Select all that apply - an event can be more than one (e.g. Fundraiser + Outdoor).

Where it's happening

e.g. “VFW Post 577” or “Mohawk Park”.

Required - so attendees can navigate and see it on a map.

Optional - a number attendees can call for the location.

Who's hosting & event contact

Who is running or hosting this event? This drives the calendar's organization filter. An event is hosted by an organization, not a person.

The person we can reach about this event.

Recommended - so we can confirm details, and (if you'd like) invite your organization to manage its own listings.
